Fos-Be-YFPC

Fusion of Fos to IgA beta and C terminus of yellow fluorescent protein. The IgA beta will target the protein to the cell surface, and the Fos will bind to Jun. If there is a a complementary N terminus of YFP on the Jun, fluorescence should result. This part is complementary to J40005/J40004.
